Rules:

  • This playoffs will be a true round-robin double elimination. This means you play until your team loses 2 games.
  • Overtime Rules:
    • Ties will be decided by a five minute sudden death overtime, 4-on-4.
    • If the game is still undecided, the game will be decided by a shootout.
      • Each team chooses 3 shooters immediately after the game finishes.
      • If the game is still tied after the 3 shooters, the game will be decided by individual shooters.
      • Shooters will go one at a time.
  • Penalties carry forward from period to period.
  • Each team will be allowed ONE timeout.
  • Game 6-1 will only be necessary if the undefeated team playing in 5-1 loses.
