The league rules are attached as a PDF document below.

Every player registered in the league is expected to read, understand, and abide by these rules.  Appendix A - Code of Discipline will be strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable hockey environment for all.  The Code of Discipline clearly defines the penalties associated with MATCH, GROSS MISCONDUCT, and MAJOR penalties.

For the 2010-11 season, the league will continue to experiment with a change in the slap shot rule (#18) whereby waist-level slap shots will be permitted in both the +40 and REC Divisions.
